Where are you, and when are you open?
Butler Express Car Wash is at 417 W Butler Rd, Mauldin, SC 29662, on Butler Road between Mauldin Pub and the Ashmore Bridge Road light. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Directions and a map are on the Hours & Directions page.
How long does a wash take?
About five minutes from the pay station to the vacuum bay. Vacuuming is on your clock — stay as long as you like.
Do I have to pay for the vacuums?
No. Vacuums, window cleaner, microfiber towels and the floor mat cleaning machine are free with any wash, at any price, on any day.
What is included in each wash?
Five packages, from the $12 Basic Wash up to the $30 Graphene Select. Each one builds on the package below it. The full list of what is in each is on the Wash Shop page.
Is the wash safe for my paint?
Yes. Our equipment is brand new and uses soft-touch cloth material with a Dry N Shine polishing brush, paired with lubricating presoaks and foams designed to lift dirt away from the finish rather than drag it across.
How do I get my first wash free?
Join the Butler Express Text Club and we text you a code for a free Signature Ceramic Wash — our $25 wash. No card, no membership, no catch. Start on the Free Wash page.
How often can a member wash?
As often as you like, up to once per day, on the plan you choose. One membership covers one vehicle.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation needs 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Start in the membership portal. The full wording is in the Membership Agreement.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do. See the Gift Cards page — a clean car is a genuinely good gift.
Do you handle company vehicles and fleets?
Yes. Work trucks, company cars, dealer lots and service vans can run on one account. Tell us about your fleet on the Fleet Programs page.
Do you help local teams and schools raise money?
We do. Send us your group and your dates through the Fundraising page and we will get back to you.
