Before you join.
How many times can I wash?
As often as you like, up to once per day.
Does my plan cover more than one car?
No — one plan covers one vehicle. Add a second plan for a second car.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my wash level?
Yes. Change your plan any time in the membership portal.
Is there a contract?
It is month to month, not a fixed term. Billing recurs on the anniversary of the day you joined until you cancel, and cancelling needs 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. The full wording is in the Membership Agreement below.
What if I sell the car?
Get in touch and we will move your plan onto the new vehicle and issue a fresh tag.

These are the Terms of Service shown on our sign-up page, reproduced here in full so you can read them before you join.
Your license plate number will act as your monthly pass plan and allow you to enter the wash. Please hold on to your receipt as proof of purchase.
Your credit card will be charged each month on the anniversary date of today’s purchase.
Membership can be cancelled with 7 days notice prior to billing.
I authorize The Butler Express Car Wash to charge my credit card account on a monthly basis for my Unlimited plan. I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by giving 7 days written notice. I understand The Butler Express Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
