Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this site, buy a wash, or join an unlimited membership.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of butlerexpresscarwash.com and the services provided at Butler Express Car Wash, 417 W Butler Rd, Mauldin, SC 29662, operated by KC Butler 100 LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website, buying a wash, or joining an unlimited membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

2. Our services

We operate an express car wash offering single washes and monthly unlimited memberships, together with free self-serve amenities including vacuums, window cleaner, microfiber towels and a floor mat cleaning machine.

Prices, packages and amenities are subject to change. The prices shown on this site were effective 1/4/2026. The price displayed at the pay station at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

3. Unlimited memberships

  • A membership covers one vehicle, identified by its tag, and is not transferable between vehicles without contacting us.
  • Members may wash as often as once per day.
  • Memberships bill monthly on a recurring basis from the date you join, until you cancel.
  • You may change your wash level or update your payment method in the membership portal. Cancellation requires 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date, per the Membership Agreement you accept at sign-up.
  • We may cancel a plan at any time, and a plan is cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processor. Monthly rates may increase with notice posted at the wash at least 30 days in advance. Service may be affected by equipment failure or inclement weather. The Membership Agreement governs if anything here conflicts with it.
  • We may suspend or cancel a membership that is being misused, including use on a vehicle other than the one registered, or use for commercial resale.

4. Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward washes and memberships at our Mauldin location. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Fleet accounts

Fleet programs are arranged individually. The terms of a fleet agreement, where one exists, take precedence over this section.

6. Your vehicle

Automatic car washes are not suitable for every vehicle. By entering the wash you confirm that:

  • Your vehicle is in sound condition, with no loose, damaged, aftermarket or previously repaired parts, trim, moldings, antennas, wipers, mirrors or spoilers.
  • Your windows are closed, your vehicle is in neutral, and you have followed the posted instructions and the directions of our attendants.
  • You have removed or secured anything that could come loose.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles that are not in sound condition, for aftermarket or non-factory parts, for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by failure to follow posted instructions or attendant directions.

If you believe your vehicle was damaged in our wash, please report it to an attendant before leaving the property so we can inspect it. Claims reported after you leave are substantially harder to verify and may not be accepted.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Text messages

If you join our text club you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Butler Express Car Wash at the number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call (864) 322-3433.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Using this website

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to misrepresent yourself.

9. Our content

The content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Butler Express name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

We link to and embed third-party services, including our membership and payment portal, our form provider, our text message provider and a map embed. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

11. No warranty

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Greenville County, South Carolina.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or the services after a change means you accept it.
